Accident Witness (sort of)
Ardmore, Oklahoma. My campground site is right next to I-35. At some point while sitting here, a large truck (appears to be a semi) tipped over and ran off the interstate - right in front of me! Turns out that was the destination of the some of the EMS vehicles I mentioned earlier.
The fact that I did not hear the accident is further evidence of how loud these pounding winds are. How terrible?!!  An emergency was unfolding right in front of me and I was oblivious to it all. Someone over there needed help. It could have been a life or death. I do hope all are okay.
