Amarillo, Texas. 01/03/05. I love these super-sized stars. It is amazing how they can transform even a most modest-looking shed. Here in Texas, stars are somewhat run-of-the-mill (sometimes, side-of-the-mill).  It is the lone star state, after all.

I usually express my optimism and share my excitement in ways other than a thumb’s-up. But this day, it just seemed to be the thing to do.
