Mardi Gras - Lafayette Style!
Lafayette, Louisiana. On the way out West, decided to make a last-minute swing through Cajun country to shoot “signs” material. Was also an opportunity to visit some family, Uncle Tal Robertson & Linda, as well as cousins Lane and Turner.
I didn’t know it until pulling into town last night, but today is the final day of Mardi Gras. With 2 months of 7 day work-weeks ahead, I didn’t need any better excuse to do what everyone else in Southern Louisiana was doing - Nuthin’ but fun.
We spent the day at the Mardi Gras parades.
