Riding The Fence
Cheyenne, Wyoming. Click photo for large version.
From Arizona, I headed back up through Colorado to Wyoming.
Let’s kick-off the Wyoming series with this shot from the American wild west!
Shifting Gears
Since getting back into the studio, it has taken a little longer than I expected to shift gears. Having now plowed through most of the piles on my desk, it’s time to start posting material from the Great State of Wyoming!
Prickly “Nair” Pear
Apache Junction, Arizona.
Apache Junction KOA Campground. Remove a cactus’ needles. Make a comfy seat.
That raises an interesting question. When you remove your cat’s claws, it is declawed. Does anyone know what to call it when you remove all the needles from a cactus?

The Road Home
Lora recently took a time out from her blog, The Power of Trinity, to request a list of the states I’d be traveling through on the way home from the photographic “shooting spree” through the West.

Barrel of Fun Eats
Phoenix, Arizona.

That taco trailer does make me wish I had stuck around and taken a culinary dip into El Barrilito.
Sloppy Post
Guess I shouldn’t write posts when I’m exhausted. The “West Off My Chest” post was riddled with typos. Fixed. Sorry about that.
Off to catch a snooze cruise…
The West Is Off My Chest (for now)
A quick update from the road in Idaho Falls, Idaho.
As of about 5 minutes ago, it was official. The Great Western road trip is a wrap with material photographed in every Western state.
Now, what to do? I feel like Forest Gump (as, I often do) when he stopped running and just went home.
Guess [...]
A Sign of Character
The Navajo Nation of Kayenta, Arizona. Click photo for large version.
This sign is one of great character. It is fashioned out of old tires, pipes and fence poles. Not only does it have a great deal of character, it is also a testament to innovation.
