Dog Attacks!

Arkansas. Today, I was minding my own business enjoying a cool, brisk Autumn day in the Arkansas countryside… then, it happened.
I had been standing on the side of the road, crouched over my tripod taking shoots for the “signs” project. After a while, I had become immersed in the shooting, trying various compositions and [...]

La Iglesia de San Juan Bautista

January 8, 2005. Lincoln, New Mexico. I stumbled upon Lincoln, NM and this beautiful church while driving through central New Mexico. Another highlight was the meeting of a man who runs the local general store. He had been the store’s keeper for eons. One of his tightly-made southwestern rugs keep me warm for the remainder [...]

Palos Verdes at Day

Palos Verdes Estates, CA. 08/05/06 After posting the “A Favorite Perch” shots, was asked for a couple of quick photographs of PVE’s coastline during the day.

Bloggers, your preference? Please post comments.

I Look Like An Idiot

Flashback!  Ozarks, Arkansas. 1:43 in the AM. It has been a long day of wrapping up another photographic shooting spree through the midwest. I’m now headed back to Atlanta. Will have to rest tonight, but expect to pull back into the homestead within a day.
I’ve been sitting here scanning maps to [...]

Do Not Move

Don’t Move?!! Okay, but I’m going to shoot… the photo!

A Favorite Perch

Palos Verdes Estates, CA. 08/05/06. Palos Verdes Estates is one my old stomping grounds. The Palos Verdes peninsula is located just South of Los Angeles. While Los Angeles may have been founded as the valley of the angels, the angels since migrated south from the hustle & bustle of LA to the [...]
